hi,
I posted this in the yahoo group, but this one is confusing:

I used to be able to tolerate around 60mg of ALA, I am now on round 70, but can
only do 12mg of so of ALA or I can a virus on round....sore throat, aches, this kicks in around day 3...so frustrating, just as thought I was making progress this happens...I only do DSMA once a month for lead, because of yeast issues...

is this a common issue: to be able to tolerate high amounts of a ALA but then
only be able to handle a small amount ?

I also take ACE for adrenals..plus lots of other stuff suggested by Cutler
