She has told me to take probiotics. The annoying thing is that I've been taking them all along, during the h.pylori treatments, etc. It's like my body can't fight off whatever is going on.

I'm currently using a powder form of probiotics, drinking Kefir and also using the Now brand Candida Clear.

I'm freaked out just because I'm having this localized pain on the left side of my lower abdomen. Like it's inflamed or something. I don't want to make it worse, but if it is die-off I don't want to be scared off from continuing the treatment.

So, it can be normal to experience these things so many days in after just one pill?
