If we believe that it's not contagious then would it be safe to say this is not the wart virus or infection of any type on the lips? I.e. bacterial.

And that it might be an indication of something we need to treat within the body?

Therefore why topical creams don't work? Such as steroids/moisturisers?

Just a thought.
