i've kissed 3 girls since i have EC, my ex-girlfriend and 2 other girls. none of them caught it, my ex-gf knew i had it (i got it towards the end of the relationship and i quit her, she would have wanted to stay with me so she didn't mind. she still says she doesn't notice it, as does everybody else who knows about it, at the max my lips look "a bit dry").

EC is not contagious. but it can be quite annoying if you have too much dead skin on your lips, you will want to exfoliate them before. hasn't been a problem for me so far.
