I would get tested through ZRT labs again 24 hr saliva test. Although high cortisol is linked to muscle wasting it isn't always the case for muscle wasting.

Muscle wasting could be due to poor digestion, or Lyme disease which affects the nerves that touch the muscles. The antigens that are released from the lyme spirochete affect the nerve fibers and in return mess muscle mass up badly.
