i played golf today and during round felt shitty and faintly i did not have any Sugar tester with me however i did eat half a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and continued on and i did feel a little better. I shot a 74. However i hate the feeling i have. I went home right after golf and took my Sugar and it was 76 which is low for me. Could it be hypoglycemia and what can i do to help me feel better . thanks for replies
