Is it just me or have others noticed that sometimes when you have been on something for a long time and then you stop taking it for awhile and then go back to say after a few months......you don't feel so good on it anymore or even have a bad reaction to it. A good example is what Faith mentioned with the valerian.
Anyone know why this happens?
