I'm right there with you, Anatomydoll. I have tried an Elimination Diet so many times and still can't pinpoint all of my food intolerances . I never know if it's the food or something else that's causing a symptom. Plus, apparently an allergy can surface days after eating the offending food thus making things even more complicated.I avoid the major allergens along with anything from the sea, but eggs don't seem to bother me. I am contemplating the ALCAT test, but it's so darn expensive and there's so much conflicting info out there. Some say it's worthless, others say it's great.

Onwards, I am interested in that tea. Did it ever give you a bad reaction? I had a bad reaction to valerian a few months ago, but my body might be ready for it now. I could certainly use a "horse tranquilizer" sleep aid!
