ah yes the diet...horrible. I can't eat gluten, dairy, egg, soy, artificial sweeteners, red meat, and who knows what else. There are so many aspects to chronic illness that I always feel overwhelmed. It does not help that half the doctors don't believe me and the other half just stare at me like a brick wall.
