Yesterday I was full of beans later in the day and evening and I had trouble sleeping. Another foul liquid bowel movement today - looks like the same pattern as previous fasts where it lasts for 4 or 5 days.
I am motivated and clear headed with much less emotion than normal. If someone aims a remark at me I do not flinch and just brush it off where before I would be wounded even if I did not show it. So I guess that means not as sensitive and more calm.
Today I did some light manual work which did not tire me to the point where I had to have a sleep. No nap yesterday, none so far today.
I would love to grow hair on my bald head so I have some aged urine ready for massaging. This has apparently worked for some others - we will see.
Day 8 is certainly much easier than the early days of the fast which shows that you do not necessarily get weaker as the fast gets longer.
