I agree with Faith. Many chronic users of cannabis experience quite the withdrawal. If you are really sincere about quitting the cannabis and any other drugs you are addicted to I would suggest a detox program. This way you would have professional support while going through the acute withdrawal and then find drug free solutions to your illness.

I used to have lots of pain with the lyme/chronic fatigue/AF and discovered that I had many food allergies . Once the offending foods were eliminated about 75% of the pain went away.

The more you can remove toxins from your lifestyle the better chance you have of recovery.

I abused drugs and alcohol for many years to deal with Depression and very low self esteem. I have been clean and sober for almost 12 years. I never want to go back to that. I finally have serenity and despite this illness I have hope and joy.

There is a tea from MountainRose Herbs called Fidnemeds Nighttime. It could seriously drop a horse. I used it alot during peroids of insomnia. Give it a try.
