based on my own experience (and I've got this many times), the only thing that helps eventually is to run protozoa and bacterias and other microscopic stuff, plus you can run all the biofilms that NP identified - that helps a lot

my experience is that I've got quite large worms that are "untouchable" if they are covered with all kind of crap like protozoa and other biofilms- when this is cleared then it's really magic, probably does not even matter what I run, these horrible large worms just go layer by layer
