I posted this as a reply to an existing thread but it was from 8 months ago so I really doubt anyone will see it for a long time.

i have lot of pain associated with lyme/candida/ adrenal fatigue and I really need to use kratom or cannabis in the evenings to help me relax and with the pain. I cannot sleep nor relax without the help of something.

I am taking adrenal supplements as well. Do I really need to stop cannabis? Last time I did this I did not sleep for an entire week and started hallucinating and was in pretty bad psychosis. I looked like the walking dead. I don't know what I should do. It helps me a ton but I'm afraid it may be keeping me ill. On the otherhand I feel suicidal when I stop due to all my symptoms and pain coming back.

it seems like a better option that oxycontin and benzos or lyrica...
