have you gotten better? i have lot of pain associated with lyme/candida/ adrenal fatigue and I really need to use kratom or cannabis in the evenings to help me relax and with the pain. I cannot sleep nor relax without the help of something.

I am taking adrenal supplements as well. Do I really need to stop cannabis? Last time I did this I did not sleep for an entire week and started hallucinating and was in pretty bad psychosis. I looked like the walking dead.
