Even if fatty liver isn´t the only cause for candida..the wild carb cutting ideas on here guarantee this disease. Week after week...people post horrid amounts of fat consumption, replacing starches with avocadoes etc. Saying everyone´s body is different in those cases and watching people eat that way and recommend this and that antifungal is a$$enine. You can´t cut carbs like the people do on this forum and not get sick. I make my messages specifically to people that think they are doing themselves a favor by being on the "candida diet". I don´t go after everyone. Replacing potato, root veggie calories with pork, avocadoes, oils...I´m going to tell people how it is unapologetically. What people think is the cure is the disease itself and the almond butter and oil drinking addicts don´t want to hear it. Because brain fog is a toxic high state that they are addicted to.
