i dont know why i need so much malt, dont think its for the aspartate either because when i take potassium aspartate i do not get the good brain clearing feeling like with malt. but it fluctuates, sometimes it takes me about a week to go trough a jar.

its only 5$ a jar here (yea sucka:) so i havent looked into making it yet. i dont know whats more valuable at this point, time or $ :|
