Laredo - I'm glad to see you are still doing well! I've been hoping for an update, as others... I arrive on the forum as you were leaving. You were the trailblazer for copper detox and histamine issues!

Just wondering why you decided on pregnenalone as opposed to progesterone? I am doing progesterone supplementation (because of estrogen dominance) and I know that pregnenalone converts to progesterone but why did you decide not to take just regular progesterone?
