The pendulum of life swings, sweeping up to one side, but before it turns and swings the other way there is a pause, that magical moment where everything is possible, where problems reveal their hidden solutions. This magical space is what we call chaos.

It is natural at first to feel anxiety in this space when familiar movement stops and nothing seems to happen. Feeling stuck in a void, there seems to be no guidance, no help, no assurance or assistance. We can feel very much out of touch, frustrated, ungrounded and/or stressed while being in this state of uncertainty. Yet this shows that we are, indeed, in the magical moment where something new is about to be birthed.
