I don't see how people are going to get many enzymes out of that diet. It doesn't sound like something for me peronally, but if it helped you, great.

I forgot to mention that so far athe non Genetically-Modified-Organisms soy lechithin is not hurting my thyroid at all though just a trace of other kinds of soy do, big time.
