So i am starting a fast tomorrow and my mom got me distilled water and i have been hearing that it leeches minerals. Ive also heard this is b.s but it does make me a little nervous bout how it will effect the length of my fast. The fasting is for inner reflection and healing from an incident in my past so i am not sure how long it will last.

So Distilled vs. Regular water?
