Hi Faith110,

I used salt on all my veggies and greens I eats, so I assume I am balancing the sodium potassium level.

It was when I at fruit that I did not use salt and figured this one out.. Oh I guess I should be saying this when I tell others...ooops ...so now if I wish to have an orange I put the HBJSS on it and I am fine.



Hope this clears thing up a bit :)
