Yes the Lams megadosing causes major dependency issues...I had the same, I had a major crash after they told me to take DHEA, then they told me to stop the supplements for a week, my back pain in my kidney/adrenal area was immense and I had total insomnia, notthe crappy 2 hours a night now, but complete, I didnt sleep for an entire week, but strangely didnt feel that bad. Then another crash came. Ill never go back to that much Vit C, 3 spoons of Lipo C (around 3900mg) a day and around 1000 from other supplements is my current amount and no wierd reactions if I miss a dose
