Let us know how those tests come out.

It is ok to eat those veggies just make sure to put salt on them and see if that works. If I eat an orange once in a while I need to put salt on it to balance it out.. That usually works. Just be aware of it. Yes, HBJSS that salt just did the trick for me, don't know if others had as much success as I have had. I am able to keep sodium up with this salt.
