Blistering maybe you could try just staying with the NB supplements and not adding anything else. For the first 4 months I could only handle 2 doses of the supplements per day. If you overwhelm your system with supplements this will only set you back.

I am now at 10 months and have only added some herbs to deal with chronic infections. Other than that I keep my program quite simple. More is not necessarily better because this puts a real burden on the liver.
