I used to get gout, crash dieting brought on a gout attack but I was told by the doctor it is something that is passed on and has to run in your family and it does run in mine.
Drinking coffee and teas or taking diet pills while fasting can lead to cardiac arrhythmias.
I know there are other conditions and complications that can cause those things. but I am just putting that out there, those things I know.
