Hello all!
I am new to joining CureZone. I have spent some time reading posts about water fasting. I have had Psoriasis for 24 years, and it has progressively gotten worse over the years. I have given up on topical creams and medications. I have spent many years abusing this body by not eating properly, and smoking cigarettes. I rarely ever had colds as far back as I can remember.. until last winter, I became very ill with recurring sinus/head cold, and it seemed like it would go away for a few days, and then I would be sick all over again.. From December-February I was in the doctor's office every 2-3 weeks, and they would give me a prescription for Antibiotics . I was so drained physically, emotionally, and my skin was at it's all time worst condition ever. I began cleaning up my diet, eliminating gluten, trying to avoid processed foods, and trying to give up sugar, along with eating/juicing more raw fruits and vegetables. My sinus problems have disappeared, and my skin has some improvement. I still have large amounts of Psoriasis on my body, but my skin is no longer "flaming red", its more like a darker pink and less inflamed/irritated. I do have some skin clearing on my inner fore arms, which has motivated me even more to continue on the path to cleaning out this body. I want to water fast, I want to quit smoking, lose weight, and I just want to live life again. I just purchased two books from Joel Fuhrman, "Eat To Live" and "Fasting and Eating for Health". I need help. I don't know where to begin!?? I would truly appreciate any advice on what to do, and how to start.. (Do I quit smoking and Water Fast at the same time?) Thank you so much for your time.
