Keep a daily log..and all that u have tried...see what works best for you.

To poo.., u might need to sit outside and squat or in the comfort of your home on paper..u see the normal seating arrangement is wrong on the toilet for one..it causes the poo to cut off..pinching occurs so we remain constipated.

This is true..think like a cave man..eat like a cave man and poo like one too.

People are making boards to fit on toliets seats today as we squat on these boards. One must be limber bc your buttocks must almost touch your heels!
