what can we do to reduce glutamate stimulation? i have lyme and got rid of most of the symptoms except for the neurological ones (which happen to be the worst...). I have read memantine could help as well?

I doubt my psychiatrist would be willing to prescribe any of these anyways due to the controversy surrounding lyme. What about lithium orotate? ANything else otc that may help?
