I got Thyroid Storm and severely crashed my Adrenals
after I painted myself with Lugol's for 3 months. I think I may have taken it orally about 3 times during those 3 months, as well. What I learned later on was that the Adrenals must always be looked after first, before the Thyroid. I'd stick to the Kelp if you can handle it..
