I have TN and also have Lyme and have been looking at this forum to find out some natural things that can help.

Your story sounds like mine. The weather changes make TN worse. Many on the Lyme forums (specifically MDJunction) feel that TN is an early symptom of Lyme. May be worth looking into.

Anyway I take b12... anything else help the nerve?
