Day 4 and I am definitely in ketosis mode. I feel like I am feeble and going to faint if I exert myself but if I push myself I can keep going so it is mainly a feeling.
I would love to eat something as I pass through the kitchen, I have those habit periods where I instinctively want to get something to eat just because I always have at those times.
This morning I had a foul, liquid bowel movement which I believe is the buildup of toxins in the gut wanting to be released and should repeat that again for about 5 days going by the past. I need two or three extra naps during the day and I am now sleeping longer at night.
