Oh! I feel so bad for you! That happened to me too with a different antifungal blast that was strong. I got so scared I stopped the diet!!!!!! Drink lots of water!!!! Try charcoal tablets, this is the toxins/die-off. DONT smoke or have any coffee as that will make it worse!!!!!!!!!! Try Molybedum(sp?) picolate, it works wonders.....
