The zapper that you have may not do much for candida, but others may.

As for colds and flu, if you are already sick with full blown cold or flu, then there is little that a zapper or anything else can do because you are already fully infected.

However, if you catch the flu before it becomes full blown, the zapper can stop it in its tracks. It will only stop it from progressing further.

Catching a cold or the flu at the very first symptom is the time to use a zapper. It does not undo what you already have, just stops it where it is.

There is a little more to it, even if you stop it, watch for a relapse and use it again. I will normally come back and zap again, just in case. It works.
