Hi Maps,

I have only just stopped using it (used it for a week). I used a half teaspoon every evening. Unfortunately it made me feel tired and suppressed my immune system (sore throat and sniffels and blood in the nose).

If someone could explain why this is: please! Where these detox symptoms? From what I read it is supposed to be very good for you. I would really like to know why I reacted so badly to it.

I hope more people will give their testimonials here.
