Hi all!
Just curious if anyone has used DE? I'm wondering if it would help to chelate mercury?

From what I understand Iodine is great at moving mercury, but maybe not the best at moving it out of the body.

I tried using it a few weeks ago and I had a lot of break outs, so I took a break from it, but am wanting to start back in a little slower.

I'm currently taking between 100-150mg mix of Iodoral and Lugol's and aprox 300mg SSKI .
