I´m interested to know about fat content in your diet. You're not living entirely off the fruits and vegetables are you? A lot of us will criticize a diet that has plenty of fruit. In my case they were more threatening than starches because of blood Sugar management and it's relation to liver health...and thus candida. So please tell us what the diet is. Is there white meat, red meat, pork, avocadoes, almonds, egg yolks?
