Don't ever let anyone tell you AF does not exist. It's a travesty that mainstream medicine treats us this way. They will only aknowledge you if you have Addisons which is total adrenal failure but they don't recognize those of us that don't have adrenal failure but have adrenals that are functioning poorly. I think NB could really help you. I am dealing with terrible hypoglycemia and fatigue too. I agree with Onwards as far as what options you have to look into. Learn as much as you can about eating a good diet for AF and start now to stabilize your blood Sugar a little while you are looking into which way to go.
