Just located a possible doctor that will work with Iodine/Hyperthyroid in my area. Calling on Monday.

Took some Magnesium, and selenium shaking much better. I am usually not nervous about anything but flying.

I took temps the last few mornings 96.5, but I am hyper wtih possible Graves.

Paleo book came in the mail reading tomorrow. Going to shop for supplements needed for Iodine protocol also.

I have been buying Spring Water and using the Zero water pitcher. Our water has floride, and I can smell the chlorine,  I know I am alergic to Chlorine .

How are you doing with your  thyroid? Do you live in the US also , where they seem to be adding more chemicals to the water.  Have a great weekend :)
