Mine popped on its own after 10-11 days. I was doing pretty much what you are doing Silicea 30c 3 times a day, which didn't help after a week of taking,and Phoebe's method which helped after I did it 5 times within 2 days with sitz baths 3-4 times day.
Before it popped The cyst was getting bigger and bigger until it got HUGE and too painful.Then during the night it popped on the inside where the gland opening is,no pain just alot of stuff came out...I took sitz bath ,then phoebes method,then justa simple hot bath and after that it popped.
