Yes, hgh, this points out the importance of Refeeding. We don't hear enough about it. Thanks for sharing.
Fasting can be dangerous (as well as beneficial)....it's the sudden 'shock' of refeeding massive amounts that sometimes kills. I'm reminded of Karen Carpenter, who died during her refeeding program. She gained too much weight, too fast, and her heart gave out....also the man who broke his Fast with boiled potatoes, and died from the starch foam in his stomach.....WY
