Are all of you mercury people still taking the basic minerals recommended by cutler?

I tried to get everything from food, but there is no way for that to happen now. Just started magnesium again and already feeling better.

I wish there was a popular formula by solgar or twinlab or whoever that had the basic cutler minerals in proportion, but last time I checked nothing like this existed.

Also, what about calcium, if your calcium is already high in relation to magnesium do you still supplement it?
