your lips look really dry like a normal person with dry lips. if i was you i would try a really good moisturizer!

and yes vunks lips did grow wild he has proper ec check his earlier pics while he was doing the leave it alone theroy and also the steam treatment. most people lips settle down and become alot better with constant moisturizing.
