I followed these directions, commonly seen all over the internet. But I will be using sodium ascorbate in the future, as soon as it gets here.
Btw I should have said "capsule C" not "oral C" to differentiate between it and lipsomal C which is also taken orally but for some reason I can't edit that post.
Some folk says to soak the lechithin for 3 hours or so to make it more optimally. I did not do that but will do so in the future. And btw I know from experience how bad soy can be for the thyroid. Just soy in the capsule (soft gel caps are especially likely to be made with soy) of a harmless sounding supplement has caused me to feel like I didn't take my Armour thyroid pill. However, the lecithin from soy is harmless to the thyroid as I have researched & experienced personally. Of course it is best to get the non Genetically-Modified-Organisms kind, available for one place at Amazon.
