fat has its purpose in bile letdown, but this forum is filled with people further deteriorating because of the excess of fat...because they cut carbs and need to fill the void....and they somehow think drinking saturated fats will heal their illness. It just makes the real recovery longer. I get accused of selling something by telling people to not waste money on supplements, naturopaths, expensive meats.....having food in stool is one warning sign of a fatty liver. I get disagreed with up and down with people on here obsessed with fat consumption and living a fungal hel1. Get a liver specialist and GI. Candida as a primary disease is a farse. A yeast caused by colitis and malabsorption disorders....
