I don’t know if this matters but I took the iodine test  in April when they had me a too much tapazole that it made my hypo? Does that matter?

Here are the results  24 hour excretion   38 MG       - % of excretion / 24 hour  76%

Not sure what all thses means, any insight would be helpfull

I did a lot of research and  I ordered a Paleo book; along with remineralizing toothpaste. How exciting :)

I am ordering the Lugols, and will be calling a natural type doctor . I am going through all the lists.

Thank you I will look through the rest of the email.     Yes I am overweight some from the thyroid rollercoaster ride. It has been very difficlut to exercise with the goiter, but I have started. But it did bother me that he said my nose was proabably broken when I was a child. I have heard this before but did realize this may also be why I am having continual sinus problems .
