-I believe you dont get enough Iodine to combat the FBD- get some Lugols and take 100 mg daily + painting the breasts with it.
My own FBD was 90 % cured within a year or two, I sometimes get a revisit but it is more a tension than a pain, no lumps anymore. I needed to get over 50 mg daily before Iodine had much effect.
