Thanks everyone for the great advice, you guys are so knowledgeable!

I am going to try out all of your ideas (cannot hurt).
Currently I am using:

Olive Leaf Extract with Probiotics
High dose Vit C
Fresh squeezed organic oranges each day
Vitamin D3
Manuka honey 15+
Complete complex magnesium
Nascent Iodine (20 drops a day in water - been doing this on and off for about 5 years and it hasn't helped by breast issue)

Just started fenugreek supplements, and about to go back onto using N-Acetyl Cystein (for lungs) and Idolplex (diindolylmethane for breasts). Idolplex worked for a few months then the problem came back again.

I have had the fibrocystic breasts for over 15 years and I have 6 very sore large lumps (been checked and not cancer). I spend half of the month after ovulation in terrible pain. This Friday I am going to get a hormone profile test to see where my estrogen etc is at. Then I am going to start the Iodine on the nipples.

The lungs tend to flare up with the seasons and low humidity. I try to keep my body healthy by eating a predominately raw food diet and I live right by a rain forest away from city pollution. I don't think there is anything else I could possible do?
