In my case, antifungals are not effective, the only way i've been able to kill candida is by eating nothing but greens for a couple of days. When i do that, i can see dead yeast in my stool.

If you've tried this, my question is whether or not killing yeast makes you feel better in the long run and if the candida grows back to what it was once you start eating food again? 'Michael B' has promoted this protocol, surely there are other people who tried it? It really does work but I want to hear about long-term results.

I am willing to go hardcore on greens for months, but i want to make sure i won't be doing this for nothing, i'm worried candida will grow back even on a clean diet.
