Greetings :)

I have read a ton of pages that talks about nebulizing Iodine (I have Bronchiectasis and reoccurring lung issues) and the application of Iodine on the female genitals and nipples for Fibrocystic Breast Disease.

What I cannot find is information on specifics such as how much to use, what to use (Nascent/Lugols etc), if there is a need to dilute and how much and how often to apply/use.

I would appreciate of anyone can enlighten me on this matter as I keep revisiting the idea of using this therapy for years now but I can only find very basic information.
