Longterm - my son applied liquid Vitamin D to his lips for a few weeks - no noticeable change - but doesn't mean it may not work for you.

We may try the liquid melatonin - he does the capsules for sleep - but if you search melatonin on the site some people used it and seemed to think it helped - also interests me because somehow I still think this is related to hormones somehow - and i think melatonin is related to hormones.
